Two Paintings
November 19, 2008

I had the great pleasure of painting at the New Horizons Dessert Auction a week ago. New Horizons is a fantastic ministry that takes care of the growing population of homeless teens in downtown Seattle. There was about 800 in attendance at the dessert, and I created this painting above which will be auctioned later on. If you don’t know much about New Horizons, you should really check them out (website).
For my second painting…. it’s something that I just made for Holly and I’s new condo. We are trying to get art and make art to fill up all the walls. This is my first contribution to the living room. I like it a lot.

I have some art hangings coming up in December that I’ll let you know about. But until then…. cheers.
Make space for art.

First Thursday Art Opening
November 5, 2008

Hey everyone!
I’ve had a busy fall being the artist in residence at all the Youth Specialties conferences. I just got back from Pittsburgh, and I did the Sacramento one before that. In a couple weeks I finish off in Nashville which will be the biggest one of them all… about 5000 in attendence. I paint during all the general sessions, and host an art resource/creating room called the ArtDen. It’s been a great experience and I’ve met a ton of very cool people. If you’re a good friend of mine and you haven’t seen me in awhile, well I hope this email let’s you know I’m not dead. You can click on the picture below to see pictures from the last two conventions… paintings I’ve done and some other fun ones.
In the mean time… I want to invite you all to an art opening that’s going on this thursday…..
